Since its establishment, Jinzhou Yangguang Energy Co., Ltd has been paying high attention to scientific and technological innovation and new product development. It has established an R&D center mainly composed of senior engineers, graduate students and undergraduates. There are 3 senior engineers, 93 engineers, 83 assistant engineers and 90 technicians.
R&D center is divided into ingot pulling laboratory, wafer silicing laboratory, cell laboratory, module laboratory and photovoltaic testing room. They are equipped with advanced pulling, slicing, cell and module devices and testing instruments provided by domestic and abroad suppliers, which forges its strong scientific and technological innovation and independent R&D ability.
Since its establishment, cell laboratory has been awarded the honor of "Liaoning Jinzhou Huachang silicon material and solar cell engineering technology research center". Its accumulated patents reach to 124, including 4 invention patents and 2 appearance design patents, which provided strong support for the research and development of new products and achieved good economic and social benefits.

In the management of R&D center, R&D project approval report system has been formulated for new R&D projects. In order to ensure the rational use of R&D funds, the financial department has established R&D investment accounting management system.
So as to encourage the enthusiasm of R&D personnel in scientific and technological innovation, performance appraisal management measures for R&D personnel have been introduced. To jointly develop new and high technologies in the field of solar cell modules and achieve resource sharing, we have signed a long-term cooperation agreement with the Solar Cell Institute of Dalian University of Technology.
All above measures have laid a solid foundation for continuous scientific and technological innovation and new product R&D. Our R&D capacity has reached the first-class level in China.
